This hand can be used in conjunction with the wonderful zen heart (free download  at https://svgspot.com/download/zentangle-heart-svg/ ) which was desiged by Troy D. Young at 651vinyl.com. 

The hand has a white background that you can use to slice out from the heart (at least in Cricut design space) and/or leave as a layer behind the hand. 

The words should be welded or attached (or deleted and changed, if you want it to say something else).
